Creating New Step
In the ConvertBox editor, locate and click on the “Steps” tab in the sidebar. This is where you can manage all the steps for your ConvertBox.
To add a new step, either click on the “Create new step” button or, for similar steps, use the clone icon to duplicate an existing one.
Editing Steps
Select the step you want to customize, and it will be highlighted in blue in the editor. This is the step you are currently editing.
Now you need to follow and link all your steps together for this to work.
Button Actions
When a visitor selects a button, you can control the actions by selecting the button element and then clicking “Button actions” in the sidebar.
By default, the button will link to the next step, but you can customize it to jump to any other step.
Next, you can specify the following steps. By default, the button will direct you to the next step in your sequence, but you can modify the button action to navigate to any other step as needed.
Form Actions
Select the form element for form submissions and then go to “Form actions” in the sidebar.
In the Actions tab, you can set the form action to open the next step by default or choose a different step.
Text Link Actions
To open a step when a text link is clicked, edit your text, select the desired text, and click the link icon.
